The best odds for a game, seemed to be "Betting the House" which gives you 75 coins (instead of 45) when you get a Full House. Other variations include the Bonus Card game where, if you get 3 of a kind, you can "buy" another card to complete 4 of a kind. The video poker games do not have auto hold (a minus) or the ability to double. After about 500 hands of poker, I am up $35, despite the less than ideal payout table.
The blackjack game is moderately fast and offers turbo play, not to mention the rules are good: surrender, double down on any two cards, double after split. It's amazing how quickly your money can go up playing blackjack when you hit a good streak.
The withdrawal process is completely painless. I simply clicked on iCashier and requested $100. iVegas processes all their payouts by check as the default. However, they give you the option of cashing out via Neteller for a $2 fee. After all, one cannot complain about paying $2 for not having to wonder if your check would get lost in the mail. The funds were deposited in my account the very next day. iVegas.com
gets an A+ for the cash out process.
I contacted Customer Service via Live Help twice. The first time was to ask about my bonus and how to meet the wagering requirements. The other time was to ask some general questions about the cash out process. Each time, they were quick to respond and very friendly.
The Bad:
Ivegas.com
is a Java / Flash based website which means there are no downloads which causes games to run a little slow over a 56K modem. There is no way to really tell if you've fulfilled your wagering requirement other than going to the cashier section however you can also contact Live Help and they will look it up for you.
Final Thoughts:
If you have the horsepower to run the Flash games at a fast speed, then we recommend iVegas.com
The site is one of a kind. They have great games and great payouts. Overall, the customer service is friendly and the cash-out process is the best we have experienced yet. Keep it up iVegas.com.
